Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including negotiation, implementation, and compliance. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that contracts are executed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
**Duties**:
Coordinating day to day administration of client accounts and contract
Preparing monthly financial statement for the client and observing budgetary objectives as set out in the contract.
Monitoring and submitting paperwork to the client
Ensuring deadlines are met and all work is completed in a timely manner
Reporting site defects and submitting quotations to client for approval
Booking and organising work for engineers and plumbers
Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting and escalating to management as needed
Assisting accounts team with invoicing on Business Central
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using microsoft office suite, excel, word etc
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
