**IT Sales Administrator**

**Role Overview**: Client are seeking a dynamic and organized IT Sales Administrator to join their team on a short-term contract basis in Belfast City Centre. As an IT Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by facilitating the administrative aspects of the sales process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of sales activities and customer interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with business customers to understand their IT and communication needs and provide relevant information about our services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activity reports, and documentation in our core system.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, contract preparation, and order processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as technical support and finance, to facilitate smooth service delivery and billing processes.
- Support the sales team in tracking and monitoring sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the IT or telecommunications industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- A genuine interest in technology and an eagerness to learn about our products and services.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work for a 2-month contract, with the potential for extension.
