- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with my client based in Belfast. They are now seeking a Sales Administrator to join the team. My client is the global leader in the pioneering and manufacturing of high-performance solutions for customers.
**The Right role**:
Support the designated regional sales team e.g. EMEA or Rest of Asia
- Management of order book
- Accept, process and progress customer orders, acknowledge and advise of any changes
- Assist with creation and follow through of RMAs
- Generation of all types of invoices (e.g. shipping, proforma, manual sales
) - Act as the first point of contact for customers, distributors and remote Sales colleagues
- Liaise with other departments including Production, Supply chain, Product support to ensure progress of orders
**The Right Fit**:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grades A-C or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant qualification
- 1 year previous experience in an administration role which can include placement experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience using databases
- Knowledge and understanding of the sales order process
- Previous experience within a sales or manufacturing environment

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
