This is a Full-Time, Permanent position

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm (with free on-site parking)

With a salary of £25,000 (Dependent on experience)

Job Purpose:
As Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting high value order processing, supporting orders for large manufacturers, and acting as an intermediary within the sales process.

Essential Criteria:

- Previous Sales Support experience within a fast-paced environment (to include administration) supporting/working alongside manufacturing businesses
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to include the use of V Lookup, Pivot Tables, Mail Merge, and development of on-line presentations
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Customer focused
- Ability to use MS Teams and Zoom
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with inbound and outbound customer telephone calls
- Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while working to deadlines with accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
Desirable Criteria:

- Tele-sales experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support with high value order processing, supporting orders for large manufacturers and acting as an intermediary within the sales process.
- Adapting bespoke software and using various software systems such as B2B.
- Price list creation & maintenance.
- Accurately compile and administer customer quotations and product new line forms.
