This role is key in facilitating the efficient functioning of the department - it demands a quick and accurate turn-around of information, data and documentation and has a wide variety of responsibility and changing priorities.

**The post holder will be responsible for**
- Providing a high level of Administrative Support to the Whole Sale Department
- Processing credit notes
- Sales administration, including processing orders
- Assisting the stock control team
- Dealing with customers’ queries on products, orders and deliveries
- Checking data accuracy on pricing and orders ahead of invoicing
- Liaising with our Warehouse ensuring timely deliveries and that goods will be supplied to customers’ specifications
- General office duties

Essential

The post holder will
- Have excellent telephone manner strong IT skills
- Have strong organisational skills
- Speak and write English
- Be Accurate and have attention to detail
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have good time management skills
- Will be comfortable with responsibility and managing the delivery of a range of tasks to meet deadlines.
- Will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact internally and externally

**Desirable**

The post holder will
- Have a knowledge of the fruit and vegetable industry

**Hours of work**

Hours of Work Monday -Friday 04:00am to 1:30pm, every other Saturday, 04:30- 10:00am.

**Salary**: £17,367.77-£26,597.28 per year
