Job OverviewMYM Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contracts & Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming enquiries, directing them to the appropriate Surveyor and ensuring follow-up.
- Administer health & safety information, including record keeping and training course bookings.
- Oversee surveyor calendars from a H&S perspective to manage lone working risks.
- Assist with preparing evidential information for NVQs and organizing recruitment efforts.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
Requirements- Detailed-oriented and highly organized individual.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The suitable candidate may also be required to assist with various tasks, including liaising with construction solicitors and managing social media platforms.
