We are looking for a highly skilled Assistant Contract Manager to join our team in Mid-Ulster. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Contract Manager in overseeing the heating planned service works and response maintenance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service through prompt and efficient handling of tenant calls
  • Managing client queries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Compiling and analyzing data to inform management decisions and drive business growth
  • Coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure seamless task processing and timely completion
  • Leading and developing administrative staff to achieve outstanding results

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in contract administration, preferably within the Social Housing sector. A minimum of 2 years' experience and a high level of IT proficiency are mandatory.
