Administrative Support Specialist

The company is seeking a talented Administrative Support Specialist to join its team. This exciting new role offers an opportunity to work with one of Northern Ireland's top-tier Main Contractors. As a key member of the HR team, you will assist with day-to-day human resources and learning and development administration, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and methodical individual with a passion for HR. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for administering training requirements, updating and maintaining all HR records, and coordinating the digital transformation of HR information. You will also complete regular reporting and maintain regular contact with employees, addressing queries and signposting correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications / Attainments:
• Third-level degree in a business or related discipline
• Degree classification of 2:1 or higher
• At least one year of employment experience
• Knowledge of current employment legislation
