Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Complex Needs Support Worker to join our team in Redhill. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing support and care to individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, autism, learning disabilities, and physical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and practical support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, laundry, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Assist individuals with daily activities, such as planning and attending appointments, managing personal affairs, and engaging in social activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to complex needs support.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in complex needs support.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including mental health conditions, autism, learning disabilities, and physical conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals with complex needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
