Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct and practical support to individuals with complex needs, including personal care, daily activities, and assistance with personal affairs.
  • Assist individuals in planning and achieving short- and long-term goals, including vacations, learning, and social engagements.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of positive behavior support principles and trauma-informed care.
