About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Worker to join our Camden Women's Recovery Service hostel. As a specialist in complex needs, you will work intensively with residents to address their support needs and provide specialist interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a designated caseload and the wider client group to provide specialist interventions and support.
  • Develop and implement trauma-informed approaches to working with individuals who have experienced multiple disadvantage.
  • Establish a culture of co-production, empowering residents to take ownership of their support plans and promoting autonomy and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive and integrated service.
About You
  • Previous experience of working with female rough sleepers or individuals with complex mental health, physical health, or substance use support needs.
  • Strong understanding of person-centred approaches and harm minimisation frameworks.
  • Flexible, innovative, and creative approach to working with challenging client groups.
