London, Greater London, United Kingdom SHP Full time

About the Role

The Complex Needs Project Worker will work in our Camden Women's Recovery Service hostel, providing specialist interventions for a designated caseload and to the wider client group, via our in-house recovery programme.

This role involves working intensively with residents on their support needs, adopting a trauma-informed approach and promoting a culture of co-production where residents are at the forefront of the work.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with female rough sleepers or people with complex mental health, physical health or substance use support needs.

They will also have an understanding of working with people using person-centred approaches and working collaboratively within a harm minimisation and recovery framework.

We offer a 37.5 hour working week, including flexible working hours, and a comprehensive training programme designed to develop the skills and knowledge involved in our work.
