Project Worker Complex Needs Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Project Worker to join our Camden Women's Recovery Service hostel. As a specialist in complex needs, you will work intensively with residents to address their support needs and provide specialist interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Work with a designated caseload and the wider client group to provide specialist interventions and support.
- Develop and implement person-centred plans to address the complex needs of residents.
- Role model good practice in trauma-informed approaches and co-production principles.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a culture of co-production and resident-led decision-making.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of working with people who have complex mental health, physical health, or substance use support needs. You will have a flexible and innovative approach to working with a challenging client group and be able to work collaboratively within a harm minimisation and recovery framework.

What We Offer- A competitive salary and benefits package, including a salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period.
- A 37.5 hour working week with flexible working hours and core hours of 10am – 4pm.
- 25 days annual leave, increasing annually to the maximum 30 days, plus paid Bank Holidays.
