We are currently recruiting for a Female Complex Needs Project Worker to join our team at Central Recruitment Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be required to work in the Kings Cross area, providing specialist interventions to women with complex support needs.

The role involves working a 37.5 hour week, across Monday to Friday on a rota basis, covering early and late shifts. The pay rate for this role is £16.24 per hour, including £1.75 holiday pay.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a caseload of complex needs clients and conducting regular key working sessions to develop recovery plans
  • Completing comprehensive risk and needs assessments
  • Responding to referrals within agreed timescales
  • Delivering ongoing casework interventions, including practical activities, keywork, advocacy, multiagency review and groupwork
  • Participating in the delivery, evaluation and development of the in-house recovery programme

We are looking for a skilled and sensitive individual who can work effectively with clients who may be ambivalent about taking-up support. If you have experience of working with complex needs clients and are able to work in a residential setting, we would like to hear from you.
