Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team in Essex Park, Finchley. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users to live fulfilling lives, promoting their independence, and encouraging them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Encourage and facilitate social interaction, community engagement, and participation in activities that promote personal growth and development.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting their confidence and self-esteem.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and respect for diversity.
