**Single Homeless Project** has** **an opportunity for a **Project Worker Complex Needs** **to join and work in our team based in **Islington.** You will join us on a** full-time, permanent basis** **working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a **competitive starting salary of £26,902.48 and rising incrementally to £28,897.95 per annum.**

**About the Project Worker Complex Needs role**:

As a** Project Worker Complex Needs**, you will be in a specialist role designed to work with people with complex support needs relating to: mental ill health, physical health & substance use needs. You will also play a key part in reducing the risk of re-offending, liaising with external professionals, preventing homelessness and promoting the independence and social inclusion of these clients.

This Project is a 15 bed mixed gender supported accommodation based in Islington. The role will require you to work alongside the Regional Services Manager, to provide a high level of support to these clients.

The working rota for this post is Monday - Friday. (no weekend shifts) and a mixture of earlies (8am - 3.30pm) & lates (3pm - 1.30pm)

**Skills and experience we're looking for in our Project Worker Complex Needs**:

- Previous experience of working with people with complex support needs.
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver positive outcomes utilising your knowledge of the health, social care and criminal justice sector.
- A flexible, innovative and creative approach to working with a sometimes hard to engage and challenging client group, is also required.
