About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global People Business Partner to join our team at Trustpilot, Inc. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping the employment experience for our global teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Define and implement HR strategies that align with business needs and drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Leadership Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Corporate, Customer, and Studio leadership, providing expert HR guidance and support.
  • HR Project Management: Oversee the full employment journey, including career development, performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement.
  • Talent Development: Develop and execute talent and retention plans, as well as L&D and capability-building initiatives, to support business goals and retain key talent.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including UK labour laws, and navigate complex HR issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven ability to thrive in high-growth and rapidly changing environments, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesising complex information and delivering insightful management presentations with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
