Providing Expert AdviceOffer expert guidance on a range of global HR issues, providing strategic support to the business.
Supporting the HR TeamAssist the HR team in delivering monthly reports, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Driving Change ManagementParticipate in delivering company-wide training and change management programs, driving business growth and improvement.
Supporting Key People ProjectsCollaborate with the People and Talent Director to drive the delivery of key people projects, including career progression, diversity and inclusion, management capability, L&D, and organizational design.
Requirements- Strong Generalist HR Experience
Proven experience in a partnering role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
HR Software and MS Office ToolsProficient in HR software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
Ability to Work IndependentlyAble to work under minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy.
Workday ExperienceExperience using Workday, ideally with implementation experience.
