Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Business Partner to join our team at Allegis Global Solutions. As a key member of our European HR team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders and leaders to implement and continuously improve MI and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Processes: Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement processes for collating and analyzing people data from internal and external sources.
  • Develop Strategic Insights: Design reports, analyses, and dashboards that enable strategic and operational decision-making in both HR and the business.
  • Deliver Weekly and Monthly Dashboards: Update and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards and reports to key stakeholders.
  • Proactive Suggestions: Make proactive suggestions to the wider business and HRBPs for HR initiatives based on data analysis.
  • Reward and Compensation Analysis: Lead on Reward and Compensation analysis, including analysis of performance and compensation data.
  • Workforce Planning Management: Support with workforce planning management from time to time as required.
  • Regular Reporting: Produce regular reporting for HR and Business stakeholders.
  • Accuracy and Compliance: Maintain accuracy in the workforce plan regionally and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Recruiting Approvals: Manage all recruiting approvals both on and offline in terms of systems and sign-off via Workday.
  • WPIC Requests: Support on WPIC requests (internal panel for requesting additional headcount).
  • Monthly Reporting: Reconcile the workforce plans and create monthly reporting.
  • People Data Reports: Reconcile other people data reports on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Workforce Planning and Management Information: Highly competent in Workforce Planning and Management Information.
  • Data Analysis and Presentation: Highly numerically literate and skilled in data manipulation and presentation (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint Skills).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Workday, Tableau, and SQL databases a plus.
  • HR Project Processes: Experience of HR project processes in a shared services function a plus.
  • Engagement and Communication: Ability to engage with HR functions as appropriate in order to improve processes, systems, and structures.
  • Organisation and Project Management: Strong organisation skills – ability to project manage, multitask, and prioritise effectively.
  • Degree Level Intellect: Degree level intellect.

Hybrid Working: This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
