Cision Global is seeking a seasoned Global People Partner to drive business results through strategic HR initiatives. As a key member of our evolving People team, you will leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and foster a performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and interpret metrics to drive accountability and inform business decisions.
  • Act as a change agent, driving transformation and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective talent management programs to drive employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a People Partner (HRBP) role, supporting a global, matrixed organization.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with CIPD qualification or Master's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of EMEA-wide labor and employment law and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a global technology or SaaS company, including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation and aligning people strategy with business objectives.
  • Working knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
