About the Role

As a Global People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Corporate, Customer, and Studio leadership, aligning people priorities with strategic goals and building robust relationships through expert HR guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, deliver, and implement key HR initiatives in partnership with People Team CoEs, focusing on Talent, Organisational Development, Reward, and DE&I to cultivate a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Champion the People Partnering operating model, ensuring teams receive effective HR support and guiding leaders through periods of transformation and change.
  • Oversee the full employment journey, improve and optimise processes like career development, performance management, talent planning, and employee engagement, while addressing emerging trends with the Employee Relations Partner.
  • Develop and execute talent and retention plans, as well as L&D and capability-building initiatives, to support business goals and retain key talent.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting leadership roles.
  • Run global projects and take ownership of global topics.
