About the Role:

KPMG UK is seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow applications for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow applications.
  • Lead offshore teams in designing and testing build components or process areas.
  • Combine industry-leading practice and ServiceNow product knowledge to develop end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow applications.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products and functionalities.

What You Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent relationship building skills, have experience of implementing ServiceNow applications, and have a strong knowledge and understanding of available ServiceNow products and functionalities.

Work Environment:

This position is based in London with opportunities for flexible working arrangements. We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of £62,000 per annum.
