KPMG UK is a leading consulting firm that helps organisations navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals. As a ServiceNow HR Assistant Manager, you'll be part of our HR function, working closely with clients to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business value.

Your key responsibilities will include developing lasting client relationships, actively building a professional network, and playing a leading role in client meetings. You'll also lead an offshore team to design, configure and test build components or process areas to ensure successful deployment. With a strong understanding of ServiceNow products and functionalities, you'll develop and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

We're looking for someone with excellent relationship building skills, who can take a lead on client meetings and have a solution-focused mindset. You should have experience implementing at least one ServiceNow HRSD application and a strong knowledge of industry leading practice. We estimate the salary for this role to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
