Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Assistant Manager to join our team at KPMG UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ServiceNow HRSD applications, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead offshore teams.

About the Role: As a ServiceNow HR Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for developing lasting client relationships, facilitating workshops, and leading offshore teams to design, configure, and test build components or process areas to ensure successful deployment. You will also combine knowledge of industry-leading practice and understanding of available ServiceNow products and functionality to develop and deliver end-to-end solutions.

What You'll Need: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent relationship-building skills, experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD applications, and the ability to lead offshore teams. You should also have a strong knowledge and understanding of available ServiceNow products and functionalities.

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated annual salary for this role is £55,000-£70,000, depending on experience. KPMG UK offers a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, office work, working from home, and part-time options. Our core hubs for this role are London Canary Wharf, but we can facilitate work arrangements across 20 sites across the UK.
