We're recruiting a Senior HR ServiceNow Specialist to join our team at KPMG UK. As a key member of our HR function, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business value. Your experience in implementing at least one ServiceNow HRSD application will be invaluable in bringing your own observations to client engagements.

In this role, you'll play a leading role in client meetings, facilitating workshops and maximising their productivity based on the audience. You'll also lead an offshore team to design, configure and test build components or process areas to ensure successful deployment. Combining knowledge of industry leading practice and understanding of available ServiceNow products and functionality, you'll develop and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive business value.

To succeed in this position, you'll need excellent relationship building skills to build lasting client relationships. Able to take a lead on client meetings and have a solution-focused mindset, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. With a strong knowledge and understanding of available ServiceNow products and functionalities, you'll lead deployments, ensuring the design, configuration and build components are effectively tested ensuring a successful deployment.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
