Senior Human Resources Business Consultant

Taylor James Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Business Consultant to lead and contribute to business analysis on strategic projects that help the Human Resources Team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR IT experience and 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in leading and driving change and projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead/contribute to business analysis on strategic projects that support our Human Resources Team.
* Collaborate directly with Business stakeholders, business relationship managers, and technology teams to craft and deliver enabling technology.
* Perform business needs identification, proactively seeking opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
* Select appropriate analysis approaches based on complexity and risk.
* Identify stakeholders and build relationships according to their needs.
* Manage requirements through elicitation, approvals, processes, and scope impacts.
* Shape and define the business case, producing detailed justification for investment.
* Analyze and assess solution proposals, ensuring business readiness.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers an estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
How You Will Contribute
The successful candidate will have domain knowledge of Catalogues, request management, incidents, problems, work queue management, and ServiceNow, as well as experience deploying business analysis tools to enable change. Engagement, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
