**HR Business Partner Wanted**
At Michael Page Human Resources, we're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our overall business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience in a similar role within a global business;
- Excellent knowledge of HR systems and databases;
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis;
- Thorough understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives;
- Supporting business objectives and ensuring high levels of employee satisfaction;
- Managing recruitment processes and overseeing performance appraisal systems.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous holiday package and suite of benefits.
