Job Title: Director of Global Human Resources

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Global Human Resources to join our team at CLA Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our people and culture strategy.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that supports the growth and success of our organization. This includes designing and implementing programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing HR strategies, and collaborating with senior leaders to drive business results.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $125,000-$160,000.
