We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Officer to join our leadership team at Director File in London, United Kingdom.

- Provide expert advice on people and culture matters, including employment law, benefits, and compensation.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and legislation, including employment law and data protection.
