Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR team and managing organisational changes, ensuring seamless implementation and employee engagement. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration with stakeholders.

About the Position:

This is a senior leadership role within Hays Human Resources, requiring a high level of expertise and experience in HR management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving change, improving employee engagement, and developing talent within their organisation.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Manage organisational changes, minimising disruption and maximising opportunities
  • Collaborate with work councils to improve working practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business forums
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or similar sectors

  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
