We are looking for a highly skilled Human Resources Business Strategist to join our team at Michael Page Human Resources. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have experience as an HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of delivering HR strategies that drive business results. You will work closely with senior leadership teams to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Providing expert advice to senior leaders on HR matters
  • Leading complex ER cases and providing support to managers

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a large, complex organization
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence
  • Knowledge of matrix structures and how to navigate them

This is a hybrid role, with the option to work from home 3 days per week. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000-£60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
