The successful candidate will be based in East London and will work on a hybrid model, offering the flexibility of remote and on-site work. The role involves conducting a thorough audit of the existing HR framework and proposing strategic improvements.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can assist with the effective communication and implementation of organizational changes, review and update the employee handbook to ensure compliance and clarity, and oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
