Job Overview

As a Human Resources Business Strategist at Liberty Global Europe Ltd. (UK), you will play a key role in developing and implementing people strategies that align with business goals. About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can translate ideas into actionable plans. You will partner with senior leaders and people managers to develop and implement people strategies that align with business goals. Your responsibilities will include advising and coaching line managers on effective people management practices, including performance management and career development. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in supporting change management initiatives and driving functional People plans by building proposals and recommendations for People initiatives. The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
