We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant at Trivium who will be a true generalist with CIPD level 5 and above, and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a generalist role, preferably within SMEs and the Financial sector.

Job Description

  • Supporting Clients: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients to proactively manage their HR function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong Employee Relations Knowledge: The ideal candidate will have strong employee relations knowledge where they had sole accountability.
  • Administrative Tasks: They will be responsible for compiling and updating employee records within HR software systems, processing and monitoring DBS and screenings with partners Vero/Accurate, managing day-to-day HR and benefit administration tasks, and maintaining and monitoring HR software systems for clients.
  • Client Projects: They will take responsibility for specific client projects including grievances, disciplinary issues, TUPE, and redundancy.
  • Health and Safety Assessments: The successful candidate will advise and execute health and safety assessments onsite for new and existing clients, including accompanying documentation such as Health and Safety Manual and Risk Assessments.
  • Training Courses: They will administer training courses for our clients based on their requirements using the learning platform, such as DSE and Sexual Harassment.
  • HR Solutions: The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering HR solutions to external clients and experience in using HR cloud systems.
  • Verbal and Written Advice: They must be able to produce high-quality written and verbal advice.
