Sales and Customer Experience Director

eRecruitSmart is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives and customer care representatives to achieve outstanding levels of service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales executives and customer care representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Customer Care: Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistent and exceptional service, including training, mentoring, and coaching team members.
- Process Improvement: Implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity, including developing and executing cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the customer service and sales processes.
- Performance Management: Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback and coaching to improve team performance.

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of managing and leading a team to achieve performance goals, excellent communication skills, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
