About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our new store in Bracknell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high-quality store image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to exceed sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
