Boutique Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Boutique Sales Director to join our team at Air Partner. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial plans to accelerate growth and revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve commercial objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial management, sales, and business development
- Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a service-based industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong understanding of commercial strategies and tactics
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
