Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Operator to join our team at Adecco. As a Service Desk Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless communication with our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access to resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Log calls accurately in our call logging system, taking ownership, troubleshooting, and escalating as necessary.
  • Work independently on weekly assigned tasks and meet deadlines for new projects.
  • Liaise with 2nd line and 3rd party support teams to resolve calls efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Basic IT knowledge, including familiarity with O/S systems, Microsoft Office, printer configuration, email troubleshooting, and Active Directory/Exchange.
  • Ability to fix issues via phone and remote access to various hardware devices.
