We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Operator to join our team at Adecco. As a Service Desk Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access to various hardware and software devices
  • Log calls accurately in a call logging system and take ownership of issues
  • Work independently on weekly assigned tasks and meet deadlines for new projects
  • Liaise with 2nd line and 3rd party support teams to resolve calls efficiently

Requirements:

  • Basic IT knowledge and experience with operating systems, Microsoft Office, and printer configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues via phone and remote access
  • Experience with call management software and working in a service desk environment
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
