Job Title: IT Administrator Service Desk

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our team as a Service Desk specialist. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance to users via phone, email, and in-person
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network
  3. Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve service delivery
  4. Maintain accurate records of incidents and requests
  5. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, VMware, and ITSM tooling
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
