Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our integrations teams, managing day-to-day operations, new builds, and project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to integrations teams
  • Manage day-to-day operations, new builds, and project work
  • Collaborate with local and centralised support teams
  • Ensure deadlines are met and compliance standards are upheld
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with Windows Server environments
  • Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx
  • Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms
  • Experience with databases such as MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, or Cassandra
  • Proven 3rd Line Support experience
