Job Title: Applications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Specialist to join our team at TRS Consulting. As an Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the pathology laboratory diagnostics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure seamless adoption of our diagnostic solutions.
  2. Onboard new customers by engaging with their teams and facilitating a smooth launch of our products.
  3. Travel to prospective customer sites, luminary sites, and trade shows to deliver presentations and showcase our innovative diagnostic-based laboratory systems.
  4. Provide ongoing application assistance and support to end users, ensuring they achieve optimal results from our solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an application specialist role with a focus on one or more of the following specialisations: Haematology, Immunology, Clinical Chemistry, Molecular, or Life Sciences.
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Ability to travel throughout southern England, with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
