Job Title: Application Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our diagnostic-based laboratory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training to ensure clients are fully utilizing our systems.
  2. Onboard new clients by engaging their teams in the launch process, ensuring a seamless transition.
  3. Travel to client sites, trade shows, and other events to deliver presentations and provide application assistance.
  4. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an application specialist role, preferably with a focus on haematology, immunology, clinical chemistry, molecular, or life sciences.
  2. Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  3. Ability to travel throughout southern England, with occasional overnight stays.
