Technical Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients, handling tasks such as BAU, new builds, and project work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to integration teams
  • Handle tasks such as BAU, new builds, and project work
  • Escalate customer issues to local and centralised support teams
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments
  • Knowledge of containerisation (Docker)
  • Experience with web servers like IIS, Apache, and Nginx
Desirable Skills:
  • Understanding of SSL certificates and virtual server platforms
  • Familiarity with Octopus Deploy, Bash/PowerShell, and Ansible
  • Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, MariaDB, MySQL, Cassandra)
