Service Desk Operator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Service Desk Operator to join our team at Adecco. As a Service Desk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access to clients with IT-related issues.
  • Log calls accurately in our call logging system and take ownership of resolving issues.
  • Work independently on weekly assigned tasks and meet deadlines for new projects.
  • Liaise with 2nd line and 3rd party support teams to resolve calls efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge, including familiarity with O/S systems, Microsoft Office, printer configuration, and email troubleshooting.
  • Ability to fix issues via phone and remote access to various hardware devices and software programs.
  • Experience of using call management software and working in a service desk environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
