**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Adoption/Training Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce across various departments, ensuring teams are equipped to leverage the platform to its full potential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various teams.
  • Foster seamless Salesforce adoption by working closely with users to understand their unique requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including e-learning courses, guides, tutorials, and videos.
  • Cultivate regular training sessions, workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching to elevate user competency and confidence.
  • Stay updated on new features and integrations through collaboration with the Salesforce Seller CRM team.
  • Analyze and report on Salesforce usage and adoption metrics, implementing strategies to improve performance.
  • Provide flexible support for US-based projects, aligning with US business hours.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and the Seller CRM Product team to incorporate feedback and meet user needs.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, trends, and best practices to drive CRM excellence within the organization.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce trainer or similar role focusing on CRM adoption and user training.
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Certified Administrator or Certified Trainer, are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionalities, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, such as My Trailhead or equivalent platforms, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and educate users at all levels.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate collaboration with US-based teams and projects.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

**Estimated Salary Range:** £280.00 - £350.00 per day
