About the Role
Johnson Controls, a global leader in diversified technology and multi-industrial solutions, seeks a highly skilled Product Technical Support Specialist with Italian language skills to join our team. As a key member of our Security Products' ACVS division, you will provide technical support to our customers and partners, ensuring seamless integration and operation of our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers and partners via various remote support channels.
- Configure, commission, and install hardware and software solutions, including firmware and software upgrades.
- Collaborate with SI/channel partners and field engineers to resolve technical issues.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, including procedural guides.
- Test and evaluate new technologies and infrastructure to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian, with a good working knowledge of other European languages.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Awareness of or experience with Windows XP/7 or Linux operating systems.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- UK-based candidates with full-time work authorization.
