Food & Beverage Sales Executive

At Great Scotland Yard Hotel, we're seeking a skilled Food & Beverage Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

  • Research and identify potential markets and customers to increase sales for the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to expand the F&B outlets taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives.
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Work closely with the F&B Manager and the Marketing Manager to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth.
  • Manage the social media presence for the outlets including all booking platforms.
