Tissue Sales Specialist

We're looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Tissue Diagnostics sales team in the Central UK region, covering the Midlands and possibly Wales.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account sales strategies for the product portfolio on your territory, working closely with Customer Account Managers, Product Specialists, Managed Laboratory Service Team and Workflow IT Specialists.
- Manage and coordinate the Tissue Diagnostics response within complex pan pathology procurements, utilising self-discipline and a creative approach to ensure sales methodology is delivered on time and in full.
- Educated with a BSc (Hons) /BA Degree or equivalent in a Life Science or with related experiences such as a Biomedical Scientist background.
- Experience in field sales and/or knowledge of laboratories and the Roche Tissue Diagnostics product portfolio.
- Skilled in defining customer needs and building strong and effective relationships.
- Resilient, tenacious, adaptable, and flexible to work in a changing environment.
- Self-motivated, focused and methodical, with the ability to work alone yet readily communicate and share knowledge with the team.
