Master Marketing Strategist for F&B Outlets

Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will lead the development of overall marketing strategies for F&B outlets in Europe, collaborating with other departments as necessary to achieve the overall mission of the region.

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies within F&B outlets in Europe.
  • Cascade down marketing strategies to ensure effective execution.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads and establish market presence.
  • Develop and maintain effective market information systems to identify marketing opportunities.
  • Guides and leads Marketing Team across Europe to develop creative and implementation strategies for building F&B outlets brands image within its industry.
  • Initiate the detailed budget process and develop and submit detailed budgets for the marketing department.
  • Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external organizations (e.g., advertising, and public relations agencies, market research firms, etc.).
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar, with extensive knowledge of social media platforms and at least 5 years of experience as Marketing Director for hospitality.

Additional requirements include strong communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills, and very good communication skills in English and added languages such as Italian & Spanish.
